As you meditate on today’s scripture(s), allow The Holy Spirit to give you revelation as you read…Holy Spirit speaks to us through The Word. He’s speaking all the time…can you hear Him?
Stop, listen…what is He saying to you? GO YE, do it!
Food for Thought:
In my own experience, I have learned that food is ultimately meant to be a good thing but can also be a bad thing, depending on the food items we choose.
Food gives us energy, some foods more than others…healthy eating is a lifestyle that can be developed over time. It is said that you can eat your way back to good health. Hmmm, imagine that!
We hear the doctor repeatedly say, “Exercise daily, eat more fruits and vegetables, and watch your portion sizes.” Think of your physical body as you do your home or car…does your car or home require maintenance? Good answer, so does your body!
The 21 Daniel Fast is a GREAT start to the road of a healthy lifestyle. That’s good news! It takes 21 days to break a bad habit and/or create a new one, so this is an opportunity to the start of a new lifestyle for you.
It is a known fact that fasting has been the key element in many things relating to spirituality, physical well-being, as well as mental health. When we are in good health, we feel better, we stress less, and look GREAT!
Statistically, many people have given up various food items during a 21 Day Daniel Fast. Personally, I have given up white rice, white salt, & artificial sweeteners some time ago through a 21 Day Daniel Fast.
Think about it…what’s in your pantry?
Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all
